Could Anaemia Be The Cause For Delayed Periods?

I went to the ER I tested HR positive and I mainly went because I thought I was pregnant I ve been having many pregnancy symptoms but am ireggular and right now have had my period for a while so they sent me to an obgyn but also told me I am low on blood so is that why the tests came out negative of pregnancy oh also could I have a cryptic pregnancy??

I really appreciate your concern as long as the pregnancy is concern this may not be positive looking to the history given here, but still you can get done the sonography test if you have not get done it yet, and this is the best option you have, hope this information helps, take care.
