Could Accidental Intake Of Plastic During Pregnancy Be Harmful?
hi my name is Jofel yesterday i accedentally cook the black pads underneath with the roast lamb in the oven .actually the half of the plastic melted when the meat cooked about 4 hours and 180 c i cut the meat with the plastic and we eat it .and I m concern I m 3 weeks pregnant.
hi jofel Plastic usually has high carbon content and is a polymer of hydro carbons, a chemical substance avalable abundantly in nature. In fact we inhale, eat raw vegetables which have hydrocar bon from soil, fumes of gasoline are hydro carbons, now that you heated it to 180 c means only raw carbon or charcoal is left behind of plastic and it is known that charcoal doesnt absorb in intestines and passes out in stool, so nothing to woryy , for pregnancy, or for your health, it will eliminate in stool without absorbing in system you may ask a physician also best wishes
