I have what seems to have been a pimple about an inch from my anus. It has been there for about two to three weeks now. At first there was no pain and later there was, only when I would touch it. It eventually stopped hurting unless I really pushed at it. A couple of days ago it started to hurt again and just yesterday, it poped. I noticed pus/water/blood coming out of it. As of right now, it looks like I have a hole there. Could this be a pimple or is it an abscess?
