Could A Low Grade Pelvic Pain Be Caused Due To Gastritis?

Can low grade, constant pelvic pain be gastro related? I have had mild pelvic pain in front for months now. It feels like menstrual cramps and is constantly present. Did a full OB/GYN checkup, to include a D and C and biopsy and all came back okay.

Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dull pelvis pain could be due to inflammatory disease, some time it may be infection, and muscular spasm, if the pain persist for days of partially responding to analgesic drug then it has to be brought to investigations including OBG and GYNEC tests, besides this pain has to be ruled out for general musculoskeletal condition.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
