Could Hashimotos Cause Effect On The Pregnancy Test?
I have Hashimotos but it is being treated. My last blood test in June my TSH rate was under 2. Now I am 5 days late for my period, but getting negative home preg tests. Could my Hashis cause my lateness even though it is treated? I was a bit irregular before treatment but spot on for the 5/6 months i ve been on levo. Could Hashi s cause a false negative on a preg test?

No, Hashimoto does not cause any false negative effect on the urine pregnancy test.
Your periods may be delayed because of inadequate levothyroxin dosage, in case the thyroid levels have deranged or may be due to pregnancy. Sometimes, it is a delayed conception and hence the pregnancy test comes positive a bit late.
I would suggest you to repeat your pregnancy test after1 week.
