I had a very bad shoe bite near my toe and its swollen and red in color. I left it so and started wearing comfortable ones, its been two months and the swelling or redness won't subside. Please also tell me a remedy for tan on my foot.
Thank you.

Hi

You seem to have developed an infection over the feet.
Since it has been there since a long time now, you should get yourself checked by a dermatologist as soon as possible.
You might need a course of oral antibioticsto prevent its further spread.
For the time being, keep the foot end elevated.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Do not apply any creams or gel over it.
Wear soft cloth based footwear so as to prevent any further trauma to the foot.
For the pigmentation, you can later on start with a lightening agent.
