Clinical History h/o lung nodule Findings PA and lateral views of the chest are submitted for interpretation. No prior studies for comparison. 21 mm nodule in the right infrahilar region is noted. Linear opacity in the right mid lung. No evidence of acute infiltrates, pneumothorax or pleural effusion. Cardiac silhouette is within normal limits. Regional bones are grossly unremarkable. Clips in abdomen. Impression 1. 21 mm nodule in the right infrahilar region. For more details please refer to the previous CT of the chest performed on October 1, 2014. 2. Linear atelectasis/scarring in the right mid lung. 3. Clips in abdomen.
