Child's ECG Shows Situs Solitus. AV & VA Concordance. Normal Mitral And Tricuspid Valves. Suggestions?

Infant 5 months. ECG report. Situs Solitus. AV & VA concordance. Normal venous return to atria. Large secundum ASD measuring 1.2cm. Normal left ventricle in size and function. RAH and RVH with evidence of right ventricular overload. No VSD's. Normal mitral and tricuspid valves. Normal aortiv and pulmonary valves. Aortic valve tri leaflet No PDA No coarctation. Please interpret. Thanks . Ireland

Hello. Baby must be having ASD that causes RAH and RVH. You must consult you doctor. Baby is just 5 months old. ASD will diminish as baby grows older. So you must visit pedriatic cardiologist. Thank you. Take care.
