Child Have A Dent In The Head

Hi I'm 13, I've always had a tiny dent on my head but I never thought anything about it so I never told my mum and nearly 2 years ago I fainted at school and hit my head really badly on a hard floor and a sander, the other day I went to the hairdressers that I have used for years and they noticed the dent , I then touched the dent and it is now the size of a bananna and is quite deep, what should I do?? And what is it a sign of ?? Please help
