Child Has Sore Throat, Decayed Tooth, Swollen Lymph Node, Pain In Side

hi dr.
my daughter is 7 yrs old had a soar throat about 3 weeks ago , she has also a decayed tooth ( dead tooth) then she had a pain in her right side then I discoverd she has a swollen sausage shaped lymph node under her jaw the same side of the decay , no other symptoms, it is not getting bigger nor smaller.
is it of concern
