Child Has Popping In Brain, Done Ear Exam. Brain Tumor?

My 4 year old son has been complaining of feeling popping in his brain that his brain feels broken I took him to his pediatrician and a test was done to check the fluid in his ear canal . The pediatrician said he did have some fluid in the left but the right side was unconclusive. I was told to follow up in a month and if the problem persists for me to take him back to the doctor to repeat the test and possibly get a CT scan . Just a minute ago he came running and screaming that his head was popping. He cried and complained for about 5 min and now he is playing with his toys. I ve look at his eyes to make sure they weren t wondering, and he seems fine. What I am needing to know is with this popping in his head (which is always the right side around the parietal region) and his sudden outburst of yelling for no reason, how he can not sit still for 5 minutes, and his attitude changes, could it be a brain tumor? I am going to make a appointment again in the morning with his pediatrician, but I would like to know what you think. Thank you, Yvette

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
Children around this age can not describe their headache if present and they become cranky, fussy, irritable with crying and behaving aggressively some times.
Any family history of Migraine?
It could not be due to a brain tumor as there may be abnormalities on physical neurological examination of your child.
This may be due to a simple headache or a migraine attack.
Nothing to worry as you are going to consult your Pediatrician and he will evaluate accordingly if required with CT brain.
Hope I have answered your query.
