Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
If coughing is severe and not able to breathe properly, I suggest you to consult the pediatrician for follow up immediately.
She may require nebulization with adrenaline and oxygen inhalation.
Watch for danger signs like stridor, agitation and irritability, bluish discoloration of lips and fingers and if you find any consult emergency.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
I find this answer helpful
