Child crawls and started sitting at 12 months, eating normally. Is this normal?
Dear Doctor,My son is now 12 months of age. He just started sitting a week ago and has not started walking as yet. Kindly advise if this is ok? Else, he is normal, feeds normally and has all other motor skills as active. Kindly advise if this is normal. He also crawls (Commando Crawling) toi get from one place to another.

you said u r son is 12 months and is not walking,he was able to sit a week ago, all other motor skills being normal, I see there is delay in the milestones of the baby. a child starts sitting with out support at the age of 6 months , start walking at the age of 9 months with support 11 months with out support.so there is definetly delay in his milestone better consult u r paediatrician.
