Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath During Bowel Movement, Darker Urine. What Could Be The Reason?

Hi, my names Nicole and I m 16... For almost a year now when I go to the toilet I get serious chest pains causing shortness of breath! This only happens when I go to the toilet. Recently I have noticed my urine is a lot darker than it should be. I ve googled this and it hasn t came up with anything. I ve been too busy to see a doctor because I ve got major exams to revise for and If I told my parents they would just tell me I m fine. Please could you reply ASAP

Thank you for asking.
Your darker color urine needs work up to rule out any underlying pathology but i am sure age of 16 is too young to have one serious it would be maximum UTI. Next thing of shortness of breath is the Valsalve Maneuver that is breath holding thing during toilet which you practice. you need to revise your toilet habits and for that you need to see a doctor. so take some time for your self. Exams are secondary to self care. these exams never end trust me
