Cause For The Discomfort In The Throat?

hiii i m 22 years old.i have a strange filling of like something stuck in my throat from last one weak .Also i had a mild headache on back of my head all the time. i went to a doctor and he told me that it was due to cold and give me some medications but they are not working.so please suggest what should i have to do?

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as discomfort in throat is concerned this can be due to tonsilitis , throat infection or pharyngitis . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day . You can take medicine like Allegra or Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .
