Cause For Prickly Sensation In The Feet, Arms, Legs And Stomach?

I am 24 and recently started experiencing these random prickly/pinch sensations throughout the day. As soon as I feel it happen I almost instantly jolt to the spot as if to itch it, but the sensations never last long. It typically occurs either on my feet, arms, legs, or stomach. What could be causing this?
