Cause For Pain Under The Breast When Working?

When I bend or reach at work for a period of time (sometimes after15 minutes, sometimes after a couple of hours) or sometimes just washing a sink full of dishes at home, I get a very uncomfortable pain under my right breast that wraps around to my back. After sitting or stopping the activity for awhile it goes away. I am maybe 20 lb overweight and have been most of my life. I walk and my work requires a lot of physical activity. Is this just me being out of shape or something I should have checked out?
