Cannot Breathe Through Nose With A Bad Cold.
Hi! :) Sorry to bother you, but I have a bad cold and I can t breathe out of my nose...I have to breathe out of my mouth, and I was wondering...when I fall asleep how does my body get the oxygen it needs? Do I unconsciously keep breathing out of my mouth? Thanks! ;)
