Can you think of any diagnoses that causes a warm sensation of the upper torso and arms and numbness equally in fingers, less often in the legs--waxes and wanes. Pacemaker 1 month prior due to sick sinus syndrome. Taken off all meds for the last week in case it was caused by side effects, but the symptoms persist. Also dry mouth and fatigue. Tests have ruled out CAD, significant valvular disease or carotid a dz,low thyroid--also ESR normal and ANA negative and UA neg.
