Can Yoga Help Increase Height?

Hello Doctor i'm 19 years old studying btech 1 yr my height is 5.7 i want to increase my height upto 5.10. please can you help me sir , I dont care about the money I dont care about the pain but I want to increase my height at any cost
so please help me
my weight is 60 kgs
I have been working for it by doing exercises yoga skipping
in return i have gained 2 inches height from the past one year but I lost hope now

Hi I'm Dr.hema physiotherapist.

I understand your concern.
As you are 19years and you can increase your height by diet amd exercise.
1. Rich nutrients that includes more calcium, protein, zinc, vit d. (Dairy products, dhal,pumpkin, peanuts, fresh veggies, fruits).
2.joining sports team, and being very active.
3.strecthing exercises from neck, , shoulder, trunk and legs has to be slow and gentle.
4.hanging on a bar just for 5 to 10 secs daily(can be avoided in issue)
5..swimming twice or thrice weekly.
