Can Wrist And Hand Pain Be Treated Through Hot Or Cold Treatment?

I fell on my hand and wrist and the doctor said that it s a bruise or sprain. I have a device that I put on my wrist and forearm during the day. This was a couple of weeks ago and I still have pain - Is there anything I can do in the meantime? Should I apply ice or heat? Thank you, Madelaine Feldman

You have bruise or sprain

If bruise then you have to apply local antibiotic cream (Like fusiderm/clindamycin)

You have to add analgesic (Tab Ibruprofen 400 mg after food)
Tab Rabeparazole 20 mg before food for 10 days

Sprain will take time to heal. You need proper rest for te affected part.
