Can Withdrawal Of Blood Pressure Medication Cause Breathlessness And Profuse Sweating?

A few weeks ago, I forgot to take my high blood pressure medicine one morning and had an episode of not being able to catch my breath and sweating profusely. Since then I ve been feeling a since of vertigo. I don t feel dizzy more just light headed. Is this something to be concerned about?
