Can We Give ZIFI 50 After Child Vomited After Eating A Slice Of Toast?
Hi my son is 7 and half years old. He has vomitted thrice and did potty twice today.He is sometimes complaining of stomach ache. I have given him Neutrolene B once and have just now given him ondem. Today he said he was hungry twice(morning) and evening around 4 but he vomitted after having a slice of toast both the times. after eating. Should I give him ZIFI 50?

I understand your concern.
Zifi is antibiotics, antibiotics are not useful in regular diarrhea . Give your child plenty of water. After every stool or vomiting give glass of water with salt and sugar that will restore electrolyte imbalance. Give econorm sachet twice daily mixed in milk or water. Give regular and soft diet in divided doses.
