Can Venison From An Old Processor Be Fed To A One Year Old?

My granddaughter will be one year old on 01/06/2017. She is a wonderful eater. I made lasagne with sweet sausage and venison for our Christmas celebration tomorrow. I feel this is fine as my brother shot the deer and has been using the same processor for years. I know my daughter will be worried if it is ok to give it to her so I thought I would get an expert opinion. Thank you in advance,

Greetings.
it is fine to use the processor but children are really sensitive.
so whatever vessels you use, wash them very well from catching any infections or any worms.
