Can Unsatisfactory Circumcision Be Repaired?
I was circumcised as an adult a few years back and the urologist did an unsatisfactory job. The procedure left unsightly redundant skin. Can the doctor be held responsible for a poor outcome and made to do it properly? As a handy man, when one of my repairs isn t up to par, I come back and make things right.
