Can Undergoing Hysterectomy Lead To Marble Like Lump At The Back Of Throat?

Hello, I recently have had a hysterectomy (5 days ago) and have all of a sudden developed what feels like a marble in the back of my throat. It is not sore, more annoying than ever, and I`m wondering if it could be an infection starting to develop...I`m on 2 kinds of antibiodics post surgery, so perhaps it has something to do with it..thank you for your answer in advance.
