i have really bad pain in the top of my foot when i walk and when i rest it hurts but not as bad. in october 2011 i rolled that ankle and tore the ligaments in the top of my foot it hasent been hurting until recently i rolled that ankle again and now i have the same pain i had when i tore the ligaments, could i have retore them or what? im overseas right now and there not really doin much about it except givein me anti inflammatories for itand im still walkin 2 to 3 miles a day
