General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can opt for corrective cosmetic surgery for the same, However, vision could not be restored. Consult a plastic surgeon and he will direct you accordingly, Keep in mind that cosmetic surgery cost high amount and may not be affordable for every one.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
