Can The Second Tablet Of Clonazepam Be Taken For Good Sleep?

My doctor just prescribed clonazepam 1mg to help me sleep.....its been two hours since I tool it and Im wide awake......I normally take Ambien 10mg but we alternate things when they stop working.... I weigh 130lbs...would it hurt me to take another and try and get some well needed sleep

taking a lot of benzodiazepines will cause dependence and tolerance that is you may need to take the drugs regularly and in much more dose so it is advised that you may take a z drug, zolpidem for your sleep problem and dont take it for more than 2 weeks as after that it may be tapered down.please do consult a psychiatrist or a sleep specialist to rule out other causes of difficulty in falling asleep
