Can The Baby Move During Real Labor?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and feel like i'm having contractions but my son is still moving a little bit, when I had my first two I went 7 days early with both but don't remember them moving. Is it possible that these are just braksten hicks or can baby move during real labor?

INTERMITTENT CONTRACTIONS WITH PAIN AND DISCHARGE OF MUCOUS MIXED WITH BLOOD SUGGEST ONSET OF LABOUR PAIN.
BABY MOVES WELL AND MOVEMENT IS NECESSARY.
IF YOU DONT FEEL BABY MOVEMENT,CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.
THANKS
