Can Taking Different Medications At The Same Time Cause Seizures?

I take several Meds, I have them stored in daily pill boxes, and separated for morning and night time. In the morning I take the daily Meds all with water, all at the same time, then bedtime Meds as I retire at night. I am 69 years old, I have had 2-3 seizures in the past few years. Could the mixture of Meds be the cause? Should there be a better way to take the Meds, separation by time taken, with or without food? Grabbing a hand full of Meds and taking all at the same time, could this cause problems?
