General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Pain, swelling and redness at the injection site may occur. Drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, and headache may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly.

Dizziness and lightheadedness can increase the risk of falling. Incase of dizziness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
