Can Taking Prednisone Be Safe For Sudden Hearing Loss?
My mother has sudden sensory hearing lost, they gave her prednisone for it...is there something stronger of different they can give her? They are talking about giving her a shot in the ear as well...will that work? If not is the hearing loss permanent?

In my opinion cortisonics (prednisone) will help
If you were one pf my patient i would strongly advice to further incestigate about the cause of hearing loss
There are several causes which lead to hearing loss
Most of them are fully treatable
