Can Taking Piriton With Omnacortil And Azithral Be Safe For Persistent Cough?
My son is 5 years old. He is also having asthma background. he regularly takes seroflo 125 inhaler and ventrolin inhaler (sos). He is suffering from cough and cold for last 3 days. he is prescribed omnacortil and azithral 200 syrup. But still he is suffering from continuous cough and he can t sleep at night. So, we start Piriton cs along with it. Is it ok for him?

Piriton can reduce cough but can dry up the secretion which is not good for asthma. It's better to use Montelukast instead.
