Can Taking Flexiril And Cymbalta To Treat Muscle Spasms And Pain In Back And Neck?

Hi I have been experiencing upper back pain that goes into my neck and gives me a headache I run a low grade fever due to fibro both shoulders are uncomfortable with neck pain also can you give me any answers I have flexural to take for the muscle spasms 10 mil and I take Cymbalta is there any more that can be done to help with my pain?

The cause is noy known better go for xray of upper thoracic vertebra andcervical rehionbood sugar besides these drugs cervical collar calcium with vitamin d b complex .
