Can Surgery Cure Dwarfism?

Good Evening, my nephew is suffering from dwarfism, he is 15 years of age. Presently he is physically fit . We have consulted many doctors, and many of them have asked for surgery, but we are quite scared of the side effects of surgery.
Kindly help us in this matter, if any cure is available or not.
Thanking you,
Harry

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are risks and benefits with any surgical procedure but you would have to determine if the benefits to your nephew outweigh the risks or if the risks are too difficult.

You would also need to look at the rate at which these possible surgical complications occur. His doctors have to list every possible complication so that you are fully aware of them but in most surgeries, the chance of the complications occurring in low.
This means you should look at how often any complications occur with the particular surgical procedure.

In most , they do not occur often.

I hope this helps
