Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, it is important to find out why he/she has stopped eating. Is it because of pain, vomit/nausea. Can he/she drink clear fluids? Your child should be seen by a pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
