Male, Age 50, 140lbs, mild blood pressure, type2 mild diabetic, periodic medical exam ok. ENT checked ok, no other medical conditions, healthy, good exercise, diet everyday.
Every three months get the dizziness last for 8-10hrs and goes away. No symtoms in ear, no vomiting. Doc's can't find anything. Can stomach acidity cause dizziness ? This is the only thing I can think of now. Just before the dizziness starts, I feel uncomfortness in stomach like acidity. Thanks in advance

Hi,
dizziness in a diabetic patient is generally due to diabetic neuropathy. Damaged nerves can frequently result in posture associated fluctuations in the BP that makes you feel dizzy and at the same time, can result in abnormal peristaltic movements in the gut causing bloating sensation in stomach.
Hope this helps.
