Ive been having pain in my left foot from the heal to the middle of my foot...so i soaked it in epsom salt for about 30 mins and that was about 6 hours ago now i am laying in bed trying to go to sleep and its getting numb...not tingly numb just numb to the point that i can barely feel it when i touch it and now i can feel some tightness in the back of my leg up to my thigh im afraid that there is something really wrong
