Can Shaving Lead To Soreness In Penis?

Alright so I had unprotected sex with a woman a week ago. I shaved my penis prior to engaging in sexual activity, which was only penetration. The girl I had sex with is my best friend and she told me she hasn't had sex with anyone in over a year. 2 days after that I had protected sex with a different girl (only penetration). Before that sexual encounter I shaved my penis as well. 2 days after that I developed what appears to be a sore on the bottom shaft of my penis, in an area where there are multiple hairs. The sore does not hurt and does not have any discharge coming out of it. It almost looks like a small crater. I think it may have slightly shrunk in size but Im going insane thinking that it may be herpes. I do have HPV(genital warts) thanks to my "honest" ex girlfriend. Could this sore be a reaction from shaving so soon after I had already shaved? I'm thinking I might have shaved over and ingrown hair but I don't see a hair in the sore. Help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. I'll be seeing my PCP tomorrow but until then I feel a weight on my shoulders. Please help!
