Commonly reported side effects with use of bupropion include: insomnia, nausea, pharyngitis, weight loss, constipation, dizziness, headache and dryness of mouth. Nervousness and tremors are other side effects which can be possibly associated with the intake of this medication. Hence, you could be experiencing shaking of hands as its side effect.
