Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Nose redness may be due to dryness or due to infection with virus or allergy.

It may be a side effect of nortriptyline lead to dryness of mouth.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your ENT specialist and get examined for nasal cavity then get it treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
