Hi Doc, I plan to take royal jelly, as would accentuate the possiblities of conceiving. Iam 34 year old, female, married 6 months back. Iam form India. Please help me decide on the best brand of royal jelly availabe and also the dosage. Regards Nee

see first of all, royal jelly does not accentuate the possibilities of pregnancy...never heard of anything like that....it is sort of a supplement to food, has some positive effects in few, but its efficacy is yet to be proved....in fact, it should be better avoided as there are chances of allergy or anaphylaxis...
rather you should try unprotected sex around the mid time of your periodic cycle for increased chances of conceiving....that should help....and if you dont succeed, you can visit any gynaecologist later....
dont go for market hypes...
they have more ill effects than good ones....
