Can Residual Fibrosis In Lung When Recovering From TB Be Healed Completely?

Hello doc. May I ask if the residual fibrosis in my upper lung since the trace is small already, is it possible it would be healed as I exposed my back in the sun rays every morning 30 minutes a day can it help that it would be completely clear as prescribed by my doctor? Because I never drink anymore TB med. Please answer my concern doc. I am from the Philippines I really need your clear assistance since this is your expertise aside from I consulted already a pulmologist specialist regarding this matter. Please doc I will wait your response to this by the way I am Flor.

Hello

Findings suggests scarring(fibrosis) in upper lung.It may be due to past healed T.B infection.Fibrosis and calcification indicate healed past infection.
It is generally a permanent finding.

It is not a serious finding and patient usually doesn't require any treatment for it.
It is a benign finding.
It will not be cleared by exposing yourself to sunlight.This is a myth.
