Can Red Bumps On My Penis Be Indicative Of Warts?

I need help figuring out what these bumps on my penile head can be they started out red and all over but after using a cream prescribed by a nurse they are now flesh colored to white and shiny when light is shined on them. I went to a nurse and she told me it could be warts but she isn t to sure about what they can be. This was on Tuesday I had the bumps and it s been about 3 days since ei begun treatment with the cream for fungal infection.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here I could say that it may be due to some bacterial infection it is advisable to treat the condition with local application of "Povidone Iodine" ointment if this fails to work then you will have to see the doctor for confirmation of kind of infection then may need oral antibiotic hope this information helps.
