Cardiologist 's  Response
hello,
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
I would like to know exact diagnosis ,Is it Pulmonary stenosis or Atresia ?
depending upon condition we can offer Balloon valvuloplasty or shunt surgery if child is Blue and needs urgent intervention,
My best wishes

Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Azam Jan's  Response
You can do an echo on the other twin.Pulmonary valve closure is a treatable disease and different options are available based on age and size of the patient.
