Can Pulmonary Hypertension Cause Heart Murmur, Asthma And Shortness Of Breath?

My mother is suffering from cellulitis, which doesn't seem to be responding to antibiotics. She has seen a dermatologist and is having a CT scan in a few days to check her pancreas. She has a heart murmur, asthma, congestive heart failure, swollen calves, occasional shortness of breath, and has had at least two unexplained fainting spells in the past year. Is pulmonary hypertension something that should be investigated? Thank you.
