Can Prolonged Use Of Lomela Cause Red Pimples On Face?

Is there any side effects is der on using lomela for a long time..im 20 yrs old female..im using dis for 1 yr..its oke bt der is red colour pigmentations on the site of pimples ..bt nowadays when im using dis my face pimples are increasing day by day..is its a side effects or anythng else

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain Lomela contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate and long term use of steroid can lead to side effects and pimples and redness is a side effect of long term use of steroid..
I would suggest you to stop using steroid containing creams and start a treatment that is a combination of anti-acne and antibiotic combination..
You should wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply a combination of gels containing Clindamycin or Minocycline and benzoyl peroxide..
DO cool compresses..
In case of no resolution or worsening of symptoms consult a dermatologist and he can advise you oral antibiotics and oral and topical retinoids and also advise you chair side treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling.
