hi doctor am 20 years old i was masturbating from last 6yrs at starting i was masturbating thrice a week bt now i have controlled to once for 15 or 20 days from last year am getting regular nightfall once a week sometimes even twice a week. how to control it? and also nowadays when i start masturbation within 15 secs sperms coming out, even sometimes when penise is fully erected if i touch it with pressure sperms automatically coming out. is there any solution? can i have longer sex in future? and also give me a best food diet to control these defects pls...
