Can Pregnancy Be The Reason For Not Getting The Periods For A Long Time Along With Hard Breast?

I havent had a period since July 12 and all four pregnancy test are negative how ever my breast are like rocks and I have trouble eating something I already have eaten I spotted last month on the first with little red specs but only happend when I went to the bathroom or wiped .what should I do ? Could I be pregnant?

You cant be pregnant without any signs and symptoms fro a long time.
Lack of periods fro a long time (tow periods in row or for a time for 6 months or more ) is called amenorrhea.
This is caused from the underlying causes:
extreme weight loss
emotional or physical stress
rigorous exercise
PCOS
premature ovarian failure
hypothyroidism
prolactinoma
You need to make a complete gynecological follow-up to determine the cause of the lack of periods for a long time.
